The Chalet Book for Girls ; Mystery at the Chalet school

1st reprint since 1947 . Complete and unabridged. This is the first of three Books for Girls, published in 1947. It contains The Mystery of the Chalet School, which is quite scarce, as well as three other short stories, and four articles, not all of which were by Elinor Brent-Dyer. The short stories were published in 2004 in Elinor Brent-Dyer Short Stories. The articles have not been republished before, and neither has the book as a whole. There is a colour plate (which is reproduced on the back cover) as well as numerous black and white illustrations.
